Concept Sketch Hand Drawn

This option is for landscapes where minimal hardscape changes are being made. This sketch can be very helpful when we are swapping out plant material, adding veggie beds, or increasing the size of a home orchard. The customer will be able to see the approximate placement of each new plant or bed before they commit to the installation.  

The concept sketch also works well for stand-alone home orchard installations where the customer needs help with layout, irrigation system design, and variety selection for all the desired types of fruit and berries.  

For this type of design we will often sketch over a digital image of the property or an existing base map. 

The initial meeting with our team manager and landscape designer will help you determine what is important for the finished aesthetic and investment level, and develop a clear understanding on how you want to engage with your space. We then work with you to create the design with the layout and planting plan. This package  includes one revision.
